A Surprise Engagement at Liberty State Park

I am SO excited for this post! Today’s blog is all about celebrating the amazing engagement of Margie and Kyan!

Margie just paid off her graduate school loans, and guess what Kyan did? He threw her a party to celebrate – a “debt-free party” along with a photoshoot! But there was more to it than that… Kyan planned to propose right before the party!

Knowing Margie from community church events and mutual friends, I knew this shoot would be fun (she’s hilarious!). We went to Liberty State Park for the city views and that magical golden hour light. ✨

Kyan and I had a cue for the proposal – the perfect moment to pop the question! I even brought a tripod for my phone to capture it (it was a little wonky, but hey, it worked!). Check out my behind the sceens (BTS) Reel here.

These photos are a glimpse into Margie and Kyan’s love story. Their laughter, the way they look at each other, it’s all there! And Margie totally rocked her serious-gangster pose. They made my job so easy with their genuine love.
